JFS Photoshoot + Misc

A couple of weekends ago, JFS had our very first mini photoshoot for some of the clothes and misc items that we may be bringing in.



Here's one of the photos of me in the Floral Dress (Design 1) of our previous apparel preorder!

I finally received the KERA Magazine I got from SgCafe!



It's last year's August issue so there's like lots of Yukata os various styles. Punkish to even Waloli! LOVES~!



Got myself this new Vaseline Lipbalm as I lost my previous Body Shop Lipbalm.

I'm one person that always lose my lipbalm / lip stick / lip gloss.
I don't know why but it just happens.



I have super dry and cracky lips. Have been using this lipbalm a couple of days since I got it and it's GOOD!

I still remember the days when I was filming with MFP and the editor had serious problems with my lips as they cracked like mad!



Got another lip gloss from Ettusais and Shiseido foundation case from the Shiseido sales 2 weeks before on the 2nd day.

Next, my latest nails!



Cut my nails short as one of them chipped off.
Extended them and painted this Mermaid feel nails!

Are they nice?

Lastly, this year's Cosplay Arts Festival is already in progress! I just can't wait for July to come!!!

My manager has not come to a decision with the management on what am I performing this year. Oh man~ I can't wait!!!

Hope that they can faster decide then I will have more time to prepare!

Happy Haloween Everyone!

Hi everyone! For all that celebrated this holiday, Happy Haloween! For me, I don't celebrate Haloween but it did make me wanna play with my Ranka's apple head wig.

Meow~ The whole internet is like freaking slow and laggy tonight. I guess by the time I'm able to log into my Facebook's Cafe World, all my food will be rotten liao~

Out of a sudden, I miss my Ranka'a apple head again. I am like kinda sad that I just don't get to go and have fun at those Jappy events this year. Like last month, I was not able to go Waseda Shibuya, this Saturday I can't make it for RP's jappy event, both because I have family LUNCH to go to. And next month, AFA!!! I can't go on Saturday cos it's Daniel's wedding day~ meow~ I wanna go on Saturday leh~ Like more happening sia...

I wonder if anyone will recognise me as this year's CAF's Ranka...? LOL

Feel like cosplaying again... Simply because I miss my Ranka's apple head. I mean, ya lah I still have the wig with me cos duh~ it's mine... But I can't wear that green thing out any other day right?

OK. I've decided to post like photo by photo for the photos taken on the official outdoor photoshoot day for this year's Cosplay Arts Festival cause there's just too many and I'm like so lazy to compile every photo from every photographer as much as possible den edit and blah blah blah before posting. hahaha... So ya... you shall see one photo at a time.

Gonna go pack my stuff for my birthday trip to Tokyo soon. Arh~ I spent like $45.45 at Watsons today buying stuff for the trip like shampoo and blah blah blah... hahaha... Dann said I was like crazy when I told him I spent the whole 1 hour only at Watsons while waiting for him!



Note that I already passed the wet tissue I bought for Dann to him so it's not in the photo. hahaha..

Ok. That's all.

My first experience of Cosplaying

Yippe! Cosplay Arts Festival has finally come to an end (I think) and I've finally got to experience cosplaying. It's fun I would say! hahaha...



After performance and debriefing, Sok Hiang and I started playing with Ranka's froggies.

Cosplaying is fun like I said earlier BUT! There's also pain to it.

As you can see from the photo above, my costume has the 2 ribbons on my wrist and 2 puffs on my arms. So to ensure that they do not drop or shift and stuff during performance, i stuck masking tape. It's the best BUT pain solution to the problem.





The results or sticking masking tape around your wrist and arms. Wait, it doesn't end here.

I thought that the marks and stuff will be gone by the time i get home and shower and stuff BUT NO THEY DIDN'T! (Or at least for my arms)



Photos taken after I got home after supper after checking my mails and doing some stuff reading SgCafe forum etc etc etc. I think I either have rashes or just that my skin is seriously hurt. Meow~

Ok. Will continue my unfinished post soon. Post on photoshoot will be gone after I finished that unfinished post. So sorry to all my readers.

Quick Random Updates!

Hello!

I have some time now before rushing out to meet Sok Hiang for lunch before rehearsals for CAF 09 begins this evening. Chiong man~ I feel so dead even though I know I will not die cause I am ウタタ　ナメメ!!!

I will not leak any bit of this whole event so if you wanna know, go watch it! hahaha... And I seriously have the feeling that I'll update on it like a few days after the event which is on next Wednesday! heehee... And like I've mentioned in my previous post, limited number of tickets is now being given out to the public. Which means, you don't have to be a student/staff of NYP to get to watch it! And no worries, this year's tickets are all free.

So last weekend, Cosfest VII was being held at Downtown East. How many of you went there? heehee... How many spotted me on the 2nd day? hahaha... I did notice that one otaku photography snapped a photo of me without my permission. *Idiot Otaku!*



Just like last year, I wore my one and only Lolita outfit I have to CosFest. haha... I wanted to wear my PUNK Emily outfit but I couldn't find the top. Idiot~ hahaha...

And wait, before I go any further on Cosfest, I wanna thank Wendy!!!

Ok. Back to Cosfest. I'm not really gonna blog about the first day cause I was in school busy with practice for Natsu (which is like one month away!!!) and I didn't really stay long on the 2nd day. I really like the photos of one particular photography, Usagi-san, and here is the link to the photos taken by him on the first day and here is the link to photos taken by him on the second day. I was so sadded that my spider pumps spoilt that day at Cosfest itself! Roar~



Lue Song's sister, Hu Ting, gave my some double-sided tape to stick my pumps so that I can at least wear them for some time. ='(

Oh ya.. this reminded me to post up the link of the photos Usagi took at last year's CAF, too! The Black Rabbit @ NYP Cosplay Arts Festival.

Anyway, after leaving Cosfest, Dann, Merloin, Steve and I took a "short" bus ride to Woodlands from Tampines after a short shopping at UNIQLO (is it spelled that like?) hwere Merloin and Steve played their DJ Max arcade game and Dann and I went shopping for pumps to replace my horrible spoilt spider pumps. I didn't buy anything so I had to drag my foot home after dinner. haiz...

On Monday, Jo, Ban Theng and I went shopping for costume parts together and we have apple curry rice at the basement of Far East Plaza for lunch.



It's what Eileen like to eat there so we decided to give it try.

Anyway.. the apple curry is just very normal. If that was nice, I can also start my own shop selling apple curry already! It's not hard to make lor...

Kinda think about it, I have not been making that for like 1 year plus already? The last time I made was for Dann on one of our anniversary. hahaha.... Forgot which month's anniversary already.. =p

And after shopping, I also got myself the blings to bling my phone and yes I blinged my less than one week old phone. hahaha... So not me to do so. hahaha



Here's my new W980.

Yes. I ditched my Samsung i780 Ultra Messaging to his Sony Ericsson W980 Walkman phone. It's like a downgrade but I'm really happy with it. My i780 is giving lots and lots of problem ever since I bought it.



Yeah~ Get all the stuff I bought ready! hahaha... I did also use some blings that I used for my nails to fill in small empty spaces. lol



Test stick on the plastic protector sheet with blue tack first before sticking it real down.



And this was how it looks like half-way done!



And this is how it looks like now, fully done, after 4 hours PLUS! hahaha...

Ok. That's gonna be all for now. Still have to pack some stuff before going out.

Cosplay Arts Festival is BACK!!!

Yippe! Cosplay Arts Festival is back again! For all that went last year, I'm sure you're excited about it, too! Right? For those that did not go last year, well, if you're a student of Nayang Polytechnic, just grab your tickets today 8 July 2009 at out ticketing booth!
