Spring / Summer with KATE 2012

Sponsored

Hi everyone!

If you have subscribed to my youTube channel, I'm sure you should have already seen the latest makeup tutorial video which I've posted 2 weeks back.

If you have not watched it, here it is!

*Sorry the audio is muted due to copyrights.*

Gonna edit and re-upload when I have the time.
So for now, I'm sorry but you'll have to watch it without any background music.

And yea~ here are the items that were sponsored by Kanebo KATE from their new Spring/Summer 2012 collection

Their eyeliner pencil that now comes in Brown instead of the usual Black!
Awesome for days where you're going for nude look or even better, school!

Many people have been asking me to do a makeup look suitable for school.

Yea I heard you people! But before I make a video for makeup suitable for school, I would recommend you to try this eyeliner out!

Because it's brown, it is not very obvious but yet still gives the enlarging effect on your eyes!

Plus! It's easy to use! Not to worry even if you have not tried eyeliner before at all!

Their new Art Dual Mascara

Seriously LOVE this product lots!

Personally I'm a person who wears falses lash ALOT (like many of you SHOULD know) simply because I absolutely HATE my lashes clumped all together because of the application of mascara!

But with the specially designed "wand" of this mascara, clumps is 0% the issue here!

It gives a natural long look for your lashes.

*I only applied ONE coat of mascara in the photo above*

Last but not least, my number favourite product of ALL KATE products -- Eyeshadow.

You can look back on my posts in 2009 and you would realise that I've been a HUGE HUGE fan of KATE since then because of their eyeshadow!

Yes, during my trip in Tokyo in 2009, I bought like 2 palettes and one of them I love it so so much, I practically use it everyday for quite a few months!

Not forgetting the palette I asked my sister to get for me when she went Japan in 2010!

My number one must buy item, KATE EYESHADOW!!!

Ok. So after so much, what do I like so much about KATE eyeshadow?

The colours firstly are very pigmented, bright, long-lasting and lastly very affordable!

I've tried expensive brands of eyeshadow but some's quality couldn't even be on par with KATE's even though they are so much more expensive and yada yada yada.

So yes! You can get your KATE products from Watsons or selected Kanebo counters!

Some other recommendations of KATE:
Mineral UV Gel Base
Mineral Loose Foundation
Loose Face Powder

☆ New Video is UP! ☆

Hi everyone!

Here's a short post with just the new makeup tutorial video I uploaded (succesfully, finally)!

It's basically what my daily makeup routine for work is every other day currently.
You can always change the false lashes design to suit your mood for the day!

Hope you'll enjoy it!

XOXO Tsuriki

BTW, the fringe on me after all the makeup is stuff is actually a Prisila fringe wig from Popu-Store.
Looks so awesome and great for days when I'm lazy to tidy my own fringe! LOL

Patisserie-Carato

Advertorial

Hi everyone!

Today I'm gonna share with all of you this blogshop where you can get false lashes at a really reasonable price!

Patisserie-Carato
http://patisserie-carato.blogspot.com/

I chose 3 boxes of lashes and here they are!

Model #5

It's really natural looking but yet long at the same time!
Great for everyday wear even for work!

Model #7 (Patisserie-Carato's Best Seller!)

Dramatic to give an enlarging effect, creating big dolly eyes!
I just love using this type of lashes specially at the ends to give a slight wing!

Model #10

Lashes in between natural and dramatic looking!

And yeah! Each boxes of lashes comes with 2 tubes of black lash glue!

For just $15 per box of 10 pairs of lashes with 2 tubes of glue?!
Isn't this is super great deal?!

Ok. Many people have been asking me what lashes have I been wearing recently and frankly, many lashes are edited by myself to the length and design, giving a certain effect I like and want to achieve to match my different styles I go for every different day!

So now, I'm gonna show you what can you do with these 3 models of lashes that Patisserie-Carato sponsored me!

So using 1 pair of model #5 + model #10 and one piece of model #7, I edited them into this!

I used model #5 as the base lash, half of model #10 of each side in the centre of each lash and #7 (cut into half) as the end to create the enlarging wing effect!

And here's how it looks like worn!

How? Can pass of as some Japanese brand's lash right? Heehee~

So like I said earlier, each box of lashes at Patisserie-Carato is onlyt $15 for a box of 10 pairs + 2 tubes of lash glue!

Wait! There's more!

For my readers, you're gonna get a special promo dicount of $2 off your total bill!

All you have to do is to quote "Tsuriki" and get $2 off your total bill!!

Ok~ A camwhore photo of me with my Rilakkuma birthday card that my girlfriend gave me! Love~!

Now beautify your eyes with false lashes now!

Hi everyone!

Here's my latest makeup tutorial video and I really hope that everyone will still like it.
It is a requested video by one of a YouTuber last year *opps* after she saw the photo of me wearing this makeup in my skincare routine video.
It's more Korean inspired and I hope that everyone will still like it even though it's not my usual thing.

I actually recorded very random stuff after filming this makeup tutorial video...
Should I upload them? Lol~

Please leave me your comment and let me know what you think of this makeup!
Thank you!

甘めメイク

皆さん、こんにちは。

Finally my new makeup tutorial video is up!
Yes it has been up for a few days already but I've only added the annotations of the products I used this morning.

It's a look I wear often but of course, I only change the lashes I use for the day depending on my outfit and mood etc.

If you wanna go for something sweet and cute, you may just use the same lashes.
Normally if I wanna go something less sweet or cute for the day, I'll change my lashes to lashes like Diamond Lash style instead of DollyWink.

*For you information, I was wearing EOS Super Nudy Barbie Pink lenses*

Hope you enjoy my tutorial!
Stay pretty everyone!

XOXO ツリキ

In-Style with Liese

Sponsored

Hello everyone!
Finally I'm blogging on the wonderful products I got from TheSampleStore.sg last week!

And they are products from Liese!
C'mon! Repeat after me!
Lee-zay~ Lee-zay~

No Lie-she or what-so-ever ah!
Lee-zay~ Lee-zay~

Good!

Firstly, here's Liese's Smooth Cocktail!
Retail Price: $15.90

This Smooth Cocktail is a "Bi-layer treatment mist which contains Moisture Milk & repairing water. It helps smoothen out your tangles instantly by replacing your dryness and broken ends with smooth & moist finish.

After shampoo, conditioner, normal daily hair washing routine, I'll spray on some evenly onto my towel-dried hair, especially on the ends where hair tends to be super dry which will then tangle together!

I'll leave it in for around 5 minutes while I put on my skincare products to let my hair absorb this fruity detangling love before blowing dry my hair.

Of course, as my hair is super dry thanks to bleaching, colouring, curling etc etc, I'll always spray on more of Liese's Smooth Cocktail after blow dry.

SEE! My hair so nice right?!

But of course! To leave the house just like that having my hair down straight is a No-No for me as many of you would have known.

So how?

It's time for hair styling!

Step One!

Take some of Liese's Wave Up Foam (I'm using the orange bottle 01) and apply onto your hair.

Retail Price:
50ml - $6.90
150ml - $12.90

Of course, if you want the curls to be more defined, use 03!

Step Two!

Curl your hair!
Simple huh?

Step Three!

You're gonna need a stretchable headband and a normal hair rubber band.

Loop them together!

Step Four!

Hoop the headband over your neck and tie your hair into a loose low ponytail with the hair band you just looped onto the headband

Twirl your hair inwards and stuff them under your hair, under the headband!

Adjust gently and TADA!

You have this simple, japanese gyaru wavy bob hairstyle!

Too difficult to understand?

Watch this video then!

So now you know how to create this cute simple gyau bob hairdo with just one Liese product!

Of course, if you do not like the wavy bob, you can always hair straight bob just by skipping the curling process and apply some wax to keep your hair straight and flat instead of the Wave Up Foam!

Once again... HOW TO PRONOUCE 'LIESE'?

Yeah~ Everyone so smart, so clever!
Lee-zay~~~

Liese is available at Watsons, Guardian, Major supermarkets and hypermarkets!

That's all everyone!
Have a nice weekend!

Filming with MyFatPocket.com & Misc

こんにちは。

First to start this post, here's some stuff that boyfriend got me at the Anime fair at Takashimaya on Tuesday!

I wanted to get a レイ to accompany my アスカ then boyfriend bought me another lucky bag. \^o^/

And here's my レイちゃん! (・∀・)

Then I got bored and swapped their heads just for fun!

アスカ don't look that bad but レイ just looks weird~ (ж>▽<)

Stuff bought from Daiso on Tuesday before meeting boyfriend

Wednesday was a busy day as I had to rush here and there the whole day.

First I went to meet Ying Jia to get the Wa Loli and Goth Loli together with some lolita accessories that I borrowed from her for filming.

Next after a little chit chat, I went home, showered then rushed out to meet Jo to get the 浴衣 and Lolita outfit that I borrowed from her for filming, too.

Then rushed to Cityhall to meet Kate to return her the uniform for the Nescafe roadshow and also meet Kai to get the Japanese textbooks I borrow from him for my Japanese lessons.

And Yes~! My full-time Japanese lessons is starting Monday! Yuhu~ It's been quite sometime sinced my last Japanese lessons. Hope that I haven't return my Jap to 永井先生. LOL.

Oh well... I guess it's stil fine since now I'll blog in Jap sometimes and I do get to practise my Jap from time to time even at events like the Shunji Matsuo Wig Event where I tried to speak as much as possible in Jap to the hairstylist(s).

After a whole day rushing from place to place, it was time to prepare stuff for filming the very next day!

Stuff needed for nail art tutorial videos

And just LOOK at all the bags after bags of clothes on the floor filming!!!

And Thursday! Filming day itself!!!

Here's a little sneek peek of the hairdo, makeup and nail art tutorial videos that is gonna be up on MyFatPocket.com next month!

First makeup and hairdo!

Personally, I like the eye makeup a lot. Of course, I will wear it out without the blings alright~

After first makeup and hairdo makeup video which took up 3 hours!!! Makeup video took 2 hours!!! Oh My!

Time for lunch!

Yippe! We had Mac for lunch that day!

And back to work after lunch!

(撮影中♪)

Camera-man was fun! LOL

In process of hairdo video 2!

I was wearing Jo's 兔の浴衣 for the second makeup and hairdo videos.

Final look with makeup and hairdo 2!

Cat cat 猫 eyes~

I seriously love the hair! But I seriously wonder how many girls will actually do that hairdo out!

I shall not explain why for now. Wait for the video and you will see why I said that. (´∀`)(笑)

We then called it a day for day 1 after ice cream nail art video.

Day 2! Crazy makeup day!

Makeup number 1

Super photoshopped! (ノ*′・∀・`)

With the Editor of MFP

With the camera-man!

Fruity nail art! If you love the fruity nail art I did previous and wore it out for food tasting the other day with Miyake, stay tuned to the videos and you will know how to do the exact same one your own!

Messy filming area during lunch time

In Ying Jia's Wa Loli

Makeup number 2

Last makeup for the day

Last video, hairdo video(撮影中♪)

How? Do I LOOK like a doll?

Happy! End of filming!!!

I look as if I'm in some winter country~ haha...

Yeah~ Can't wait to see the final product of the videos!

Will have to go down MFP office for voiceover recording next week for some videos.

Yesterday, I met boyfriend and we had dinner at Bugis's Billy Bombers

My shy shy boyfriend

My nails for the 2nd half of the month!

It's actually the set of nails used for filming. heehee...

Dinner!!!! 美味しい~

After dinner, we went over to the National Library with Jo, Xiang Min and Steve for show 24 of To Kill A Mocking Bird. Ezzat joined us after the interval.

No bad~ I actually thought that I'll fall asleep of something but it's surprisingly really pretty interesting!

The ending song is still stuck in Jo's and my heads!

Good job Jae!

And of course, great thanks to Jae's parents for the tickets!

On my way home. I went to Shop and Save and bought some instant Yaki Udon

It looks tempting plus I was hungry so I decided to give it a try.

Added crab stick and fish flakes.

And it's actually pretty not bad~! Easy to cook too!

Ok. That's gonna be all for now!

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday everyone!
