Daily bits in Singapore

Hi everyone!

Here's a short post before I fly off to Japan and Paris for the week.

In July, I finally managed to meet up with some of my friends from Primary and Secondary School!

Here's Kathy! My friend from Primary School.

Well, she has changed her name but I still call her Kathy alright.

I've known this girl since Primary One! Can't believe how time flies!

The guys I've known since Secondary One, Darren and Alvin!

Forever making me smile and laugh like hell.

Ignatius joined us after KTV session for dinner! And yea! My friend since Secondary Three!

It sure is awesome being with this group of friends again! I've been like 7-8 years since I last met Alvin.

Let's meet up more often!

Then a few days before my birthday in August, I finally had time to get my hair done!

Headed to Naoki Yoshihara by Ash at Liang Court to get a trim, roots touched up and treatment!

Had the bubble spa and moisturising treatment!

Just look at how healthy my hair look after treatment!

The next day, I headed to Johor Bahru with my friends to play laser tag!

Shu Zhen, Jezemine, Himeko and I at City Square's Xu Liu Shan after 2 rounds of lase tag!

It's super super fun! You should totally go play with your friends, too!

But of course! The more people you go with, it will be more fun!

4 people is like the minimum if you wanna play team games.

After getting back from JB, Himeko went home to prepare for her dinner appointment.

The rest of us headed to Chinatown to meet Hui Ning for Korean Buffet Dinner! 

Am so so happy to meet up with my friends especially now that I'm hardly in Singapore, I treasure every time I meet my friends even more!

Not only that!

After watching the video, I also got to know the cons of various ways of self hair removal like shaving with razor or eplilating which I suppose most girls would use these 2 methods?

Do you know that even if we buy the so-called often razors, we will still hurt our skin when shaving?

And also, eplilating would cause in-grown hair?

So yup! It is really really important to get your body hair removal properly!



After consultation, I had my very first treatment for my full arms!



They first applied a really cold gel on the areas to be prepared for treatment.

As mentioned by Datsumo Labo, one of the main thing of their treatment is that it is totally painless!

I personally did not believe in total painless treatment before that but I was really amazed as the treatment really do not hurt at all!

I only felt a little warmth at most!

I've done a total of 4 treatments so far for my full arms, under-arms, hands and fingers, full back and neck.

Even delicate and sensitive areas like under-arms and the back of my neck did not hurt a single bit!



After treatment, they would apply on a cold towel on treatment areas before applying lotion.



And yes! Love the hot tea served after treatment!

I must say that I am really amazed by how fast each treatment would take, too!

But of course! Results is the most important, right?

Ok. It's a little shy for me to say this but I have to!

So I did the treatment for my underarms during my second treatment the start of this month? Like the very first week?

Normally I have to shave my underarms around every 4-5 days max?

But after my treatment, I can really feel and see that my hair is growing slower and the new grown hair are being more fine, too.

The last time I checked, I only had to shave a few hair from my underarm after around 7-8 days?!

So yes! I would really recommend you to go try it out yourself!

Just like what I blogged just now, I'll be blogging about where I get my haircut done!

If you've been reading my blog long enough, you will know that I dye my hair myself unless I'm being asked to be a hair model.

So yup! Where do I get my hair cut, trimmed?



I've been getting my hair cut and trimmed there ever since early last year after my boyfriend intro me.

Went there last week to get a trim.



So my hair was transformed from this horrible dry with split ends and tangled ends ...



To this!



TADA!!! Very nice right?



Super happy sia~ I just can't stop touching and playing with my hair after the hair cut! Wahahaha~!

Shunji Matsuo Wig Launch in Singapore!

昨日　本当に嬉しかった、楽しかったです。

Was invited by Jacelyn to the wig launch event by Shunji Matsuo together with Fidelis and Esther. （≧ー≦）



So first up was a demo on how to put on a wig properly!



There's シュンジさん putting up a really cool wig on the model!

On the other hand, another hairstylist カオルさん is putting on a really pretty wig on another model!

Ain't that super cool and it seriously does not LOOK like a wig okay~



Man~ Seriously LOVE this wig!!!



All wigs by Shunji Matsuo are handmade and exclusively designed for beauty and comfort. Not only are they stylish, lightweight and natural in look and feel, they are also very comfortable for extend wear in tropical climate like Singapore!!!



I know that it does feel a little creepy but I just couldn't be bother that much! I just can't wait to get my hands on them and try them on!!!





I was seriously spolit of choices on which one to try on first!



Finally~ I decided on this really cool wig to try on first!



Just LOOK at the highlights and colours of the wig!



Everyone else at the event was also busy getting their hands on the wigs that caught their eyes!

Just LOOK at the colour and highlight of the hair like I mentioned earlier.

They even had makeup artiste at the event so if you went there without makeup, they actually help you with your makeup to match the wig you're trying on! They even had boxes and boxes of falsies prepared okay~!



Everyone's busy having great fun while I wait for my turn for makeup!

How I wish I actually be a model in Japan! （笑）



As the event reaches the end, the hairstylists even helped us tidy our hair and style them back to how our hair looked like when we first came for the event!

Man~ I really wish that I have 2 of those wigs myself! Really love the 2nd and last wig I tried on!

If you purchase a wig from Shunji Matsuo Studio, you can actually keep your wigs at the salon, which also offers additional styling services for ythose who would like to update the style of your wig like colour, cut or even perm!

Seriously... I really couldn't tell the wigs apart of which is natural, synthetic or even mixed wigs! But I sure did learn a bit on how to choose a wig and stuff at the event!



They even gave us each a goodie bag filled with hair products and a press release info in that really 可愛い pink file!

I really enjoyed myself lots at the event and even after that where I went for frozen yogurt with Fidel and Esther at Cineleisure!

Once again, thanks to Shunji Matsuo and his team for such a fun event and Jacelyn for the invitation! ☆-(^з^)-☆
