Samsung Camera Project

When I was waiting for Dann last Sunday as he had forgotten some stuff and when home to take, I received a call from Jess asking me if I was available to be a showgirl for the latest Samung ST50 Camera as one of the showgirls went MIA. Well... I was supposed to go out with Dann and the some other people you know... So I told Jess that I'll get back to her as soon as possible as I wanted to Dann if it was alright.

While waiting, I had nothing better to do but camwhore. (Wahahahaha)\

And I played with color eye shadow again!

Well, I used blue eyeshadow on the inner corners and dark brown on outer corners. meow!

After asking Dann and stuff, I then rushed down to meet Jess.



And tada! My uniform for the 3 hours as a "Showgirl" of the ST50 Camera. And yes, that's my Mickey Mouse handbag I got from Hong Kong Disneyland last year. I have no freaking idea why I see quite a number of people carrying that handbag nowadays after such a long time. I went there last October and I only see people carrying it like last month? And I even saw one lady carrying it that day itself when I was giving out the flyers.

haha... Jess was like so high and went "haha... now you also have tattoo!" when Pohren, the guy in-charge, painted the "tattoo" on.

I was situated at Best Denki and the promoter was like helping me to prepare the flyers and talking to me and stuff so that 2hours plus actually passed pretty fast. hahaha... And he even took photos of me with the new Samsung ST50 Camera, too. I don't have the soft copy but I do have photos of the photo the printed out and is now on display at the camera booth!

When changing back to out of our uniform, well, I took more photos when I was in the toilet. =p Just a few, like 5?



I feel that the 2nd photo looks as if I was clubbing or at some club or something. Don't you think so?

So after getting changed out of the "uniform", Jess and I went to get some food and drinks first before we part where I carries on with my original plan for the day and Jess waited for her mom to contact her for Mother's Day dinner. Just imagine how freaking thirsty was I after 3 hours without a single sip of water lah! And ya, speaking of Mother Day's and that day WAS Mother's Day itself, I am not some heartles daugther okay? My sis and I decided to bring our mom for dinner the following so that it wouldn't be SO FREAKING PACKED and filled with people and stuff. Will blog on Mother's Day dinner tomorrow when I reach home after work, I think. =p

So I went down to Orchard to meet up with the guys and was actually shocked to see only Dann, Xiang Min and OZ cause I thought it was supposed to be a casual JMD outing within the alumni. Apparently, many couldn't make it and stuff and Jasmine even injured her knee again so it was cancelled.

We soon decided to go to Liang Court for ramen as we haven't eaten ramen for a super long time. I guess the last time was when we went to celebrate Lue Song's birthday? I don't mean the birthday that just passed like 5 months ago (ya that sickening guy is the youngest by month in our batch!) but the birthday 17 months ago!?

We didn't go to the usual outlet that's further down Clark Quay which I was super happy about it as my legs were breaking already!!! ARGH!

OZ already digging in on his spicy tonkatsu ramen with extra additional half boiled egg.

The half boiled eggs there are SUPER GOOD!!! If your ramen does not have egg in it like the Char Siew ramen, it's a MUST to add additional eggs!!!

The plate beside was the fried cheese roll thingy. OZ and Xiang Min shared one portion of it with the fried pork thingy whereas Dann and I shared the fried cheese roll thingy with fried ebi. Yummy~~~ It was my our first time eating that and it's just delicious!

For our share (the one with ebi) it was served with tartar sauce and this below:



hahaha... It's karashi. For those who don't kno what is it, it's another kind of mustard I'll say like wasabi. I can't really describe the taste of it and neither do I like it but my dad loves it! haha... I'm sooooo gonna show my dad this photo and tell my dad,

"See! Your favorite karashi like da bian!"

I didn't really want something soupy so I decided on having hiyashi ramen again. OK. For people who hates veggie stuff, don't even think about ordering this. It's ALL VEGGIE!!!



For me, I LOVE VEGGIE!!! Especially sweet corn!

I was wondering why on earth was there sliced chicken in my ramen that night. Erm...

After dinner, we went over to Mac for some drinks and chats



hahaha... Ya. What am I doing by posting that photo up? What am I even thinking?! =p

I got myself a LARGE (ya, it looks so small) Cameral Frappe after shopping around one of the shops on the 1st level while the guys went to audio house which I didn't wanna follow. I am not really THAT in into those stuff unless I'm intending/planning to get something. Shopping around for clothes, lingerie, cosmetics and checking out the manicure shop there interest me soo soo soo much more!

And ya, I seriously feel that that cup of Frappe was the cause of my food poisoning that day which result in a limited choice of food during dinner the following day. SH*T!

I miss school~~~!!!

I went back to school during my lunch time on both Wednesday and Thursday(which is yesterday) to watch my lovely juniors' performance and stuff.



This year, our school has changed the layout of all the booths from various ccas and the performance's stage. Instead of the stage being like against a wall, they shifted it right in the centre of the whole sports hall and with all the cca booths surrounding it.

When I reached the sports hall on Wednesday, it was almost time for JMD to put up their performance.

After work yesterday, when I finally had time to just "relax", I took a closer look at my Kimono tube top (which i wear as both tube and skirt) and I realised that the color is different!

It used to be more of red and pink, those bright Jap kind of fabric print and now it's like that!



Blueish and Purpleish!!! OMG!
Since when sakura flowers are printed purple?!

I'm super sad (even till) now that my mom actually washed it with some other clothes, apparently blue clothes and the dye got onto my tube top! Freaking sad, upset, angry lah! It's like the most expensive clothes that I've ever bought for myself and I wore it only around 5 times after almost 3 years!

And you know what? My mom still gave me that sarcastic tone and say that she thought that I didn't like that skirt at all that's why I always fold it and put it aside! Like duh~! It's expensive! That's why I keep it folded to prevent any damages that my be caused by stupid hangers and putting it aside so that no one else touches it?! ARGH~! Freaking sad sia~ It's the one and only piece in this whole world you know? I can NEVER find one that's exactly the same anymore! And worst, the shop that I bought it from was in the building Icon which no longer exist anymore!

OK. Not gonna state the price of this tube top that I LOVE TO THE MAX. It's half the price of a normal yukata sold out there. Go do your math and estimation.

Oh well, Raymond is back from Malaysia last night and he got me this lovely mobile strap which I haven't decided on where should I hang it.

And here's some things I bought yesterday before heading down to JAS for my Japanese lessons while shopping for some other toiletries.



2 Silky girl eyeshadow

Ever since I've blogshopped to SkinDeco.net, I just wanna get more eye shadows to try on as I am kinda bored putting the same old colors everyday. I do use my different eye shadows, my Canmake, Ettusais, Shiseido, Kanebo Kate, but the thing is that all of them are brown, gold, shimmer brown, shimmer gold. It's just ssssooooooooo boring~! And I saw some new pretty eyeshadow from Canmake yesterday at Watsons and oh! I just wanna get eyeshadow! =p Plus, i was upset because of my tube top, too.

So after heading to some "supplier" shops, I saw these cute Silky girl eyeshadow for $7.90 each instead of the regular $8.90 at Watsons, and after doing some calculations, I decided to get them. heehee..



Also got myself a new makeup remover, or rather cleasing oil as stated on the bottle, at the same shop.

Retail price at Watsons: $13 plus after discount
Supplier shop price: $10.50

My previous ZA one is good but I wanted to try the new Biore's makeup removal as it seems so good. And also the ZA one doesn't really remove my liquid eyeliner well so my eyelids will still be slightly black even though I've cleaned it a few times. And like I've just said, I wanted to get the new Biore's remover. However, I feel that it's more expensive, selling at $19.90 for 200ml at the supplier store whereas the old formula one is only for $10.50 for 150ml. 50ml more for $9.40? I don't think so. Anyway this old formula is also quite highly raved so I shall just give it a try first.

And yes I've used it last night to remove my makeup and I was actually quite shock when I applied it on my face as it smells sooo nice~ There's a slight sweet floral smell! However, I can't compare whether the ZA remover is better or this Biore one curently as I only put on light makeup yesterday which of course is easy to be removed. Shall make my comparison over the weekends after I put on my usual going-out-makeup.

And lastly, just to show off to you my new watch that Dann got me last week!



TADA!!!I know it's not some atas watch like LV, Gucci, whatever! I don't care~ And I love my new watch!

heehee...


Ma ma~ I don't really have much interesting things to blog about these few days. Attachment is killing my life, my social life!

Oh well, at least I still have my weekends with my friends!
Looking forward to Natsu's practice to begin!
And also the Samsung event tomorrow! haha... It's the first time I'm invited to a bloggers event. (*^-^*)

BEWARE! LONG POST AHEAD!
DO GIVE TIME FOR PHOTOS TO LOAD!

Finally! I've finished selecting and done some editing to all selected photos! Just finished my editing as watching my lovely juniors practise. So yup! Blogging now in school, this post that has been delayed for a long long time.



Firstly before the hairshow day proper, we had to go down to Toni & Guy Academy for our hair cut and stuff.



This is Jess and yes I brought her along as another model.

We arrived at Bugis that day and was totally lost and couldn't find our way to the academy as the map given on the postcard isn't very clear for directions.

Jess waited as our hairstylist dyed my hair first before deciding what to do to Jess's hair.



And yes. I look dumb when he seperated my hair into parts for preperation to dye my hair.



And yup! All our hair services were being done by Toni & Guy.



Yeah~ Got my hair dyed. It came just the right time cause my black roots are all out already.


And Ign called, "Hello~"



And the UFO is here. Teh~~~~~ teh teh teh~~~~

Jess even fell asleep while waiting for me.


And after 2 hours' time,



TADA!!! My hair's all dyed!!!
SEE!!! No more ugly black roots!

And it's soon Jess's turn!!!
