Dorra Slimming Review

Review / Advertorial

Hi everyone!

I believe no one wants to be fat right?

I personally have been thinking of whether to sign a package or something with slimming centres but there is just so many to choose from!

So which should I choose?

A few days ago, I headed down to Dorra at Woodlands Civic Centre to try out their treatment and here's my review for their treatment!

Woodlands Civic Centre #04-02

Upon arrival, the staff will first help you register, followed by getting your height and weight measured before one-to-one consultation.

One-to-one allows the consultant to achieve a preliminary understanding of your problem areas, eating habits, lifestyle and possible causes of your weight problem.

DO YOU KNOW that being bloated (shui zhong) may not necessary be because we drink too much water but also may be because of the lack of water?

And yea, a huge glass of warm water is being served to ensure you drink enough water!

Well, I am the guilty type of drinking not enough water alright... Oops!

The different types of ampules and products that would be used for different customised French Formulated Slimming Treatment according to individual's needs.

During my Detailed Body Composition Analysis,  my therapist, Yuky, was able to find out not only my weight but also my waist-hip ratio and percentage of body fat, protein, water and salt in my body.

Well, I have too much body fat, protein and water in my body.

Time to cut down on protein and drink more water!

For me, after my detailed body composition analysis Yuky used the blue ampule which will help my body to not only break down fats when it's applied on, but also continue to work and break down body fats as this product will go into my skin layer and not just stay on the surface!

Which is super awesome, isn't it?

Like fat continued to break down on hard to slim down areas like tummy and thighs which seriously are my biggest headache!

After consultation, it's time for treatment!

First get changed then the therapist will take some photos and measurements to compare the before and after.

This is the special machine that is used for their Hammer Roll treatment.

The treatment includes applying a booster gel that contains mico-molecules which can penetrate deep into your skin to reach and burn excess fats.

Infra-red equipment will then be used to soften the fat cells and an oxy trimming gel will be applied to improve blood circulation which in turns aids in flushing out excess fatty acids.

And now, let's start hammer rolling for my tummy!

Dorra Slimming Review

Treatment did not take a long time especially when I had a good chat with my therapist, Yuky!

She's really friendly and funny!

Dorra Slimming Review

And yea another huge glass of warm water was served!

DO YOU KNOW we actually need water to help burn and break down fats?

After treatment, the therapist will take photos and measurements, again, for you to compare the differences.

I must say I was amazed as I lose CMs just by lying there and doing the hammer roll treatment within a short time!!!

I could feel and even see a difference with my bare eyes when I look into the mirror!

And also, at Dorra, they help you with a meal plan that would help you eat better without changing your usual meal plans much!

I love it!
I don't have to change my eating habits much but am still gonna be able to keep my figure better and be healthier!

One side note, your treated area will feel sore for a few days as it's just like you jogged and exercise for hours!
It's burning 600-2400 calories in just ONE session! That's like a 10-15km jog!

To be honest, I myself am thinking of signing a package with them as I really enjoy their services!

Wanna know why I like their services?

Why not experience yourself!

Binbo Bimbo in Japan!

皆さん、こんにちは!

Hihi everyone!

As the title says, yea this post is gonna be on the day Himeko and I were both in Japan!

Well, Himeko was there for vacation whereas I was there for work.
Thankfully even though my work was affected due to the heavy snow in Japan, I still managed to squeeze a day to meet Himeko in Tokyo!

And here's what I wore out that day!

Outfit coordinate:

Knit Hat - Luvlicious
Coat - GU
Checked Shirt - Uniqlo
Sweater - Dip Drops X Champion
Heart Shorts - Dip Drops
Heat Tech Leggings - GU
Heeled Sneakers - VANS Japan
Wig - Prisila

Well, I realised I was wearing full Japanese brand from head to toe.
Although VANS isn't a Japanese brand, my shoes are the Japan limited design, endorsed by E-Girls!

So I headed out early that morning as I stay in Narita and it's like a 1h30m train ride to Tokyo.

At Shibuya waiting for Himeko and I spotted these cute Shu Umera Be@rbrick!

Super cute!

Got myself a can of hot Ginger Milk Tea as I waited for Himeko.

I used to dislike the taste of ginger but after staying in Japan for 3 months last Summer, I kinda got used to the taste and start to enjoy it!

After meeting Himeko, well, we had to idea where to go so we headed to Shibuya 109 for shopping before we sat down for lunch!

This weird Himeko, go Japan so many days haven't eat Japanese food!

And ya, we ended up with Italian food, again.

My Ice Tea Latte!

Although it's winter, I still enjoy my drinks cold especially when I'm indoors.
Heehee~

Food arrived and once again, photo taking!

My scallop baked pasta in cream sauce

TADA! My whole meal

Himeko's Omelette with Cream Sauce

いただきます!

After shopping and eating in Shibuya 109, we headed out to go to my favourite WC store.

After which, I wanted to bring Himeko to this cafe where they serve awesome pancakes at 表参道 which my Japanese friend brought me back in August but we got lost and I couldn't find the place.

#palmface

Well, along the way, Himeko found the macrons that she wanted to get so we stopped by.

Himeko going crazy and texting her friend, asking what flavour she wants.

And not too far away, there's a pet shop so we stopped by to take a look.

Awww this mixed breed is just too cute!

And since we could't find the pancake shop, we decided to head down to Akiba directly!

Oh my! Puyo Puyo now has arcade version!

Me wanna play!!!

Finally, Himeko's first Japanese meal in Japan this trip!

Miso Udon!

After dinner, we went to an arcade to take Purikura!

TADA!!! My first ever Purikura with Himeko after knowing her for so long!

The only 2 I managed to download off the website.

Feels so weird to see me with blonde hair whereas Himeko in dark coloured hair.

It's usually the opposite! Haha~

After taking purikura, I did a little shopping at Donki and Yodobashi before I left to go back to Narita.

Like mentioned, it's a 1h30m ride.

Was early for the next Keisei train back to Narita so I stopped by to grab yogurt drink!

Yummy!!!

And here's my haul of the day!

Limited Edited Banana Shake Flavoured Tokyo Banana
Nikon S6600 in WHITE!!! (Wanted to get this long ago but white is forever sold out)
Hada Labo Facial Wash
Evangelion Eyedrops (Poster that came along not in photo above)
Lychee Contacts Eyedrops
Excel Eyebrow Powder & Pencil

And below are some selfies taken with my new Nikon S6600!

Let it snow in New York City!!!

Hi everyone!

Here's a scheduled post on my previous trip to New York!
When you're reading this, I'm probably still on the plane to Japan or something.

Thanks to the heavy snow in Japan, my flight has been delayed for 6 hours. *sobz*

Well, I was actually intending of sharing my Christmas there BUT I was SO disappointed then, I shall not talk about it.

So ya! I'll skip that trip in December and share with you straight my January trip to the Big Apple instead!

On my second day in New York last month, Melissa and I planned to head out to Central Park for ice skating!

And we are in Central Park!

I seriously am still very amazed whenever I see people jogging outdoors in the winter be it which country I'm in. But I have to say, especially New York because it's just so freezing cold in New York!

C'mon! It was like -5 degrees Celsius that day we were out!

And see what I found!

 A snowman!!!

Well, I seriously wanted to build my own snowman and make my own snow angel BUT!

I'm sorry to say this...

I find the snow in New York dirty so I decided to leave my snowman building and snow angel making till I'm back in Japan instead.

I have no idea why but the snow in New York is like grey?

So.. ya...

Glad I bought new boots just before this trip cos my previous boots seriously needed to be retired.

Oh ya! A little tip for everyone.

Remember to spray on waterproof spray onto your boots/shoes in the winter especially if it's snowing.
It sure help to keep your footwear dry and clean really well!

Randomly snapped a photo of these mom and child having fun in the park.

Seriously this winter sport is so huge in New York like just anyone will grab whatever they can slide on and go for a snow slide from any higher ground.

Passerby, be careful about your surroundings when walking. LOL

But then again, I would love to try for once, It seems so so so fun!!!

And guess what?
There's lots of squirrels in Central Park!

They are all so so so cute!!!

Soon, we arrived at the skating ring and were all geared up to begin our challenge!!!

[TIP: Bring your own lock for the locker so that you don't have to spend 5USD renting a lock.]

For me, it's been more than 10 years since I last skated.
So I was really really nervous alright.

And the thought of falling down on the cold ice out the the cold below freezing point weather, not cool,

Camwhored a little at the ring to prove that I skated. LOL!!!

All natural blush thanks to the cold cold weather.

And yea, photo with Melissa!

Can't wait to work with her, again, end of this month!

Paris here we come, again!

After spending almost 3 hours ice skating in the cold, we left the ring and had a walk at the park itself,

Found this pond? river? of ducks!

More camwhore with the ducks behind me but apparently they can't be seen.

Melissa trying to snap a photo of the ducks closely without scaring them away.

Aren't they pretty?

Come on little ducky~ Why are you running away from me?

Then my act emo shots. LOL

Last photo before walking to Times Square for dinner.

Boy am I proud of myself!

It's only my second time to town but yet I could navigate the both of us from Central Park to Times Square without getting lost, without a map, without directions from people!

Woohoo!

And oh ya! It snowed along our way. It was pretty!

But I was too cold to take my camera out to snap photos. Sorry peeps~

So we decided to go to Red Lobster for dinner and I seriously would recommend you to go there for dinner as their food are very reasonably priced and of course, DE-LI-CIOUS!

Ordered Long Island Ice Tea, my first time drinking alcohol overseas except Japan.

Well, Japan feels like a second home to me now already...

I must say, they are very generous with the alcohol alright.

I couldn't finish my drink as it was too strong but it sure felt good with that little bit of alcohol to keep me warm in the cold weather.

Each main dish came with a bowl of salad which seriously was not what we were expecting.

Decided to get caesar salad and oh my it's yummy!

I love salad! Yum yum yum~

They served savoury scones, too!

Super yummy I wish I know how to make some!

Melissa's grilled platter!

And so here's my linguine, covered with shrimp, scallop, mussels and of course, lobster!

Super big bowl I was super full even though I barely touched the linguine!

After dinner, we went to Sephora cos I needed to grab some stuff really fast before we head back to Long Island.

If you follow my Instagram, you should know what happened along the way back.

We were on the railway back to Westbury and just at the previous station, we get stuck there cos some stupid car drove into the railway track and get stuck there.

We got delayed for more than 90 mins and in the end our hotel shuttle bus driver decided to leave the station early, we had at take a taxi back from the railway station to our hotel.

Well, this is how I spend my day in New York in Jan.

It was awesome other than being stuck on the train.

So that's all for this post!

I'll be back to update more soon!

XOXO, Tsuriki.
