Review: Bubble Sheet Mask

Hihi everyone!

I'm actually now at the salon getting my new hair colour done and since I have time while being chair-bounded, I shall share with you'all this new sheet mask that I found and tried out just a few days ago!

I was just shopping around some cosmetics / skincare store near the hotel in Narita the other day and found this bubble mask really interesting so I decided to give it a try!

Bubble masks are actually pretty common nowadays but they usually comes in 2 different solution or powder form which you will have to mix together before application.

Where for this mask that I found, it is just like your normal sheet mask! Just apply on like a normal sheet mask after washing your face and bubbles will start to form almost immediately!

I was actually very surprised by the amount of bubbles formed over the 15 mins I has the mask on.

The bubbles just keep forming non-stop!

By the time it was near 13 mins, the bubbles could actually be that much that it covers my nostrils and I can't breathe!

So ya, keep a wet tissue or something nearby just in case this happens.

After just the first usage, I must say I could see my face, my pores being much cleaner!

Each mask is about ¥480 before tax.
Which is around $6SGD after tax included.

I'm definitely going back to grab more on my next trip to Tokyo!

Oki! That's all for this short post today!

See you'all in the next post after my friend send me the photos we took during our trip to New York last week!

Singing off, Tsuriki.

Monthly Flashblack: Sep '15

Hihi everyone!!

Well, I am still trying to get back to blogging but since I don't have much time to be in front of my laptop, I shall just post a post with all my random stuff that happened this month!

First up! At the start of the month I was very happy to be able to fly with my awesome batchmates Michelle and Vicki!

It's been a long long time since I even last saw them! Sadly, this is what's left from my batch thus I am very happy to even be able to meet them, not to mention fly with them, be all togethet for 10 days straight!

We went to New York together and since all of us have yet to visit Liberty Island even though we have been to New York for I-don't-even-know-how-many-times already, we decided to finally go see the Statue of Liberty!

Had a really awesome day out even though some bird decided to shit on my head even though there's thousands of people on the island...

We also went to get a ride on the SeaGlass Carousel cos it's just too pretty to resist!

We ended off our day with dinner at Res Lobster in Times Square which kinda is a usual thing for Vicki and I if we were to head downtown.

Back in Tokyo, we headed out to meet our other batchmate, Jasmine, and her boyfriend who were here for holiday!

We checked out the new cafe in Harajuku and followed by walking around and just chatting till evening!

Here's some photos of all the kawaii dishes served at the new cafe, Kawaii Monster Cafe!

I really miss just sitting down and chilling with all my batchmates!!!

Back in Singapore...

In September, it's also my dance batchmate's birthday!

So we met up all for dinner and for the first time, we actually had quite atas (expensive) food that night!

High-grade Wagyu beef platter for the 5 of us!

Ok. Here's a silly photo which I hardly post online.

And us acting kawaii!

Okay! That's all for this post!

Signing off from Tokyo, Tsuriki.

I miss blogging

Hi everyone, if anyone still reads my blog alright.

It's been a long long time since I last updated my blog, not to mention, regularly.

Well, I have been working as a cabin crew for the past 2 years and I must say that even though I thought that traveling the world will give me more stuff to blog about, yes it does, but I'm always so tired after every flight.

Plus, I'm like almost always constantly on the go, bringing my laptop with me on every trip is kinda hard, too.

So finally after a long long time, I actually have like a week of rest here in Singapore thus I decided to redo my blog's outlook a little, update my sidebars and stuff.

And of course, hopefully be able to help myself get back the pace to blogging.

I know that many, or almost everyone, have stopped reading my blog.
Even this post may not be read by anyone in face, including my friends.

Still, I like to keep this little space on the internet like how it first started out 11 years ago.
Just a little log book, a little diary for myself to look back in another 11 years down the road.

And of course, anything to everything that I wanna share!

If any of you are still following my blog, my youtube, my instagram, I thank you very very much for your support and apologize for being missing for so long.

With thanks,
Tsuriki.

Bintan Trip

Hi everyone!!

Sorry once again for not blogging regularly.

Well, to be honest, life has not been easy for the past few months.

It may not seems so on my Instagram and stuff but it's mainly because I try not to post any unhappy stuff there. Only on my blog will I post more on my emotional stuff.

Just have been feeling very tensed up and in a way I am not able to rest physically nor mentally much for these time and I am actually a little worn out.

Just hope that my one week leave and vacation will help me even in the slightest bit.

So now Im actually blogging this post while I'm on the ferry back to Singapore from Bintan after a short 2 days 2 night getaway with a few friends.

I think if I were to blog about this now, I most probably will end up not blogging about it at all.

Just a very slow paced and chillax trip during my these few rest days from work before all of us go back to work on Monday.

Many people do not know but I used to love going to the beach regularly and do nothing but just sit by the beach and listen to the waves.

My greatest wish is to actually live by the beach in a litte hut and run my own beach bar or something. Lol!!

Just chilled the entire day. Enjoyed awesome meals with great company and yea! We actually all headed for massage together!

And yea! Here's a photo with everyone in this trip!

Let's do this, again!

Note. All photos in this post were taken with my Nikon S6600 and edited with VSCOcam on my iPhone.

爱台湾 Love Taiwan

Travelogue

Hihi everyone!

Before I say anything else, Happy New Year Everyone!

And once again, sorry for being MIA for such a long time.

Hope that all of you enjoyed your holidays?

Ok! So today I would wanna share with you on my trip to Taiwan with my mom last November.

Well.. I seriously spent a lot of my time there travelling or just doing nothing thus I don't have much to share actually.

So, I'm just gonna summarize everything into one post!

So Day 1! Headed off to the airport with my mom early morning and after a few hours, we arrived in Taipei 桃园 Airport!

Took a cab to our hotel in 西门町, settled down then head out for early dinner.

Well, my mom seriously was not used to the short days during Autumn / Winter alright.

Went to this place for dinner as recommended by the taxi driver!

Yummy goose meat!

Paired with a simple bowl of noodles!

After dinner, we shopped around 西门町 and just exploring, checking out what's around the hotel before heading back at night to get some rest.

Got myself a bowl of 阿宗面线 for supper!

Well, I like the taste of this as compared to our Singapore's Shilin's. However, my mom think otherwise.

Day 2 morning, had some local Taiwanese food for breakfast!

Yes, camwhoring while waiting for food to be served.

And yea, I love my hat from WEGO!

With my mom!

And breakfast is served!

Yup, this is for the 2 of us.

After breakfast, we headed to 十分 as my mom wanted to go 放天灯

After more than an hour, we finally arrived in 十分!

Just love the old street in 十分! So pretty!

One of the four sides of my lantern!

After writing down your wishes, it's time to put it up into the sky!

And next is my turn!

Up, up, up you go!!!

Cutie mini lanterns that can be hung as decor at home or even accessories!

Not forgetting yummy street food!!!

Yummy chicken wings stuffed with fried rice!
Seriously, just ONE wing is enough for a meal.

After leaving 十分, we headed to.... somewhere that I forgot. LOL
Seriously didn't remember cos it was not supposed to be on our itinerary.

Found this little cafe in the shopping centre.

I have yet to watch the movie for the cafe alright.

Day 3, started out our day at StayReal Cafe!

As usual, camwhore a little while waiting for food to be served.

And my mom sits like a boss.

And food's served!

Seriously, I don't understand why my mom just can't keep sit when taking photos.

Photos forever blurr

Iced Banana Mocha!

My mom's cappuccino!

Egg Mayo and Smoked Salmon Waffle!

Super yummy!!!

Day 4, Chillax.

Decided to get chill around 西门町 area that day. Taking our last day slow.

Shopped around and caught a local movie before heading to 士林夜市 that night!

Finally! A photo with my mom's face clear!

Day 5, the day to head back to Singapore!

Didn't really got to do much that day as our flight was pretty early and many shops weren't open by the time we left the hotel.

Taiwan is a really nice place and I hope to go back, again, soon!

台湾!我们下次再见咯!
