中秋节2008

hey there everyone!
just came back home after a day out.

firstly,
we went to the festival of drum & dance
at the victoria theatre.

the performance put by by the hui li dance institute
performing chinese dances were great!
especially the last dance
named mongolia bowl dance.
wu hoo~!
nice!

the performances put up by the japanese association of singapore
AKA JAS
were alright...
maybe it's because we've already seen those during natsu itself.

the performance put up by the japanese cultural society...
for the daiko performance
it was great!
however,
the starting was a little dry.

as for their folk dance...
hmmm...
i like the music!
the dances are nice
however...

.full stop.

i shall not comment any further.

overall,
it was a good experience.
and i seriously do hope that people
would kindly switch their mobiles to silent at such an event.

after that,
we went to suntec
and had a litttle snack at mac before the rest went to central
to wait for jessica before going for ramen.
where dann accompanied me at suntec
until it was tiem for me to go to my dad's house for dinner.

i'm kinda sad
that now i see my dad,
he's losing weight in a bad way,
hair falling...
he cant really hear,
he cant really speak,
he cant eat,
all he can take is milk.

haiz...

really wish,
hope,
pray that my daddy will get well.

i really wanna see my daddy
eating all the food that he likes again.

haiz...

so after dinner,
we gathered in the living room,
eating the ice cream mooncake my sis and i got for my dad
while watching 综艺大哥大 together...

Emily's BBQ!!!

hey there everyone!!!
came back from emily's bbq for her birthday!
hahahaha

firstly in the morning,
there was jmd session
BUT
heehee...
i couldnt wake up...
=p

so i met with the people!
at amk hub to get some stuff needed for the bbq.

and after getting sausages,
crabstick,
butter etc,
we went to sembawang to get ready the last stuff of the day.
hahahaha...
went to dann's house with steve
to prepare the pork for bbq
whereas G3 (zhi sen wasnt here yet)
together with jojo,
jia hui and sherwin went over to ban theng's house
to wait for the ordered food the come.

later on,
gerry and ezzat arriveds at dann's house too.
and when we were preparing the food,
guess what steve wanted to watch on tv?

he watched central.
and what was showing?
tamil show!?

diao~

hahahaha...
not that i have anything against tamil show,
but it's just that i've never watched one before.
and...
erm...
it's a kind of feeling i just dont know how to say.

oh well...

so after preparing the pork,
and the food had arrived at ban theng house's,
we brought our things down to the bbq pits
under ban theng's block.

and start fire loh!!!

then gerry and i went over to the mrt station
wanted to "fetch" sok hiang.

however,
as sok hiang wanted to go to the library,
gerry and i waiting with the rest at the mrt station
waiting for OZ to come.
and ah!
hahahaha...
merloin brought niko down!!!
hahahahaha
niko so cute~
heehee...
i first thought he brought a teddy bear down...
but then oh ya!
niko is as big as a teddy bear,
as furry as one too...

hahahaha....

so we waited...
and after OZ came,
they went over to the bbq pit
whereas gerry and i went food hunting!
hahahaha
=p
and waited for sok hiang.

so after buying our food
and marsmallow for bbq,
we went back,
and yeah!
there's food ready already!!!
wahahahaha...
no need to wait.
hahahahaha...

and i'm so happy!!!
why?
cause uncle xiang min is back too!!!
wahahahahahahahaha~~~~~~
it's just kinda weird,
and sad?
that uncle xiang min wasnt around for the past days.

overall,
the bbq was great.
a great time for everyone to get together.
and i really hope that emily had a great time too!!!
